Fry the Kritharaki with butter until golden.

In a pot, cut onions into small pieces and caramelize them with olive oil until golden.

Add the chicken to the onions till they get cooked a bit.

Then add 4 cups of water, 2 cups of tomato sauce and the spices to the chicken and let it to boil for around 30 mins.

Add to a tray and bake them for 10 mins, then turn off the oven and leave to bake for another 10.
