Very tasty and unusual product.
There is no need to strictly observe the proportions of spices. Everything is approx. The main thing is to soak the fins with high quality, often changing the water. It took me four hours to soak, changing the water twice. And 30 minutes to marinate before baking.

  • 6 pcsstingray wings
  • vegetable oil for greasing the mold
  • 1 tsppaprika flakes with sea salt
  • For filling:
  • 0.5 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspteriyaki
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspbalsamic
  • 1 tsphoney
  • 0.25 tspdry garlic
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • For the marinade:
  • salt, sugar, water, lemon juice

    Wash the stingray wings well and soak in cold water for at least two hours, changing the water twice.
    Add salt and lemon juice or vinegar to the water. Approximately not much. Just acidify and salt the water.

    В воду добавить соль и лимонный сок, или уксус. Приблизительно, не много. Только подкислить и подсолить воду.

    After soaking, rinse the fins and place in the marinade. You don't need much water for the marinade, just enough to cover the fins. Add sugar, salt and lemon juice. Leave for 30 minutes.

    После вымачивания, плавники промыть и поместить в маринад. Воды для маринада много не нужно, только чтобы покрыла плавники. Добавить сахар, соль и лимонный сок. Оставить на 30 минут.

    After marinating, rinse the stingray wings well under running water and dry with paper towels.

    После маринования, крылья ската хорошо промыть проточной водой и обсушить бумажными полотенцами.

    Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Lubricate with vegetable oil, any.

    Противень застелить бумагой для выпечки. Смазать растительным маслом, любым.

    Sprinkle dried fins with paprika flakes and sea salt. Place this side down on a baking sheet.

    Обсушенные плавники посыпать хлопьями паприки с морской солью. Выложить этой стороной вниз, на противень.

    Sprinkle the other side of the fins with paprika flakes and salt and brush with olive oil.

    Вторую сторону плавников посыпать хлопьями паприки с солью и смазать оливковым маслом.

    Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Focus on your oven.

    Запекать в разогретой до 180 градусов духовке примерно 30 минут. Ориентируйтесь по своей духовке.

    To serve, combine all the ingredients, mix thoroughly and pour over the fish and salad.
