My mother taught me this recipe.

Please adjust the amount of miso to taste.
I recommend using dried sardine powder because it contains a lot of calcium.

Ingredients

  1. 3 mediumPotatoes
  2. 1/2Sweet onion
  3. 600 mlDashi stock
  4. 1 tbspDried sardine powder
  5. 2 tbspMiso

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and cut in half. Then cut into 6 pieces. Slice the onion into 5 mm thin slices.

    Put the dashi stock and dried sardine powder into a pot. Add the potatoes and onion. Boil until soft.

    Dissolve the miso and quickly bring it to a boil, then remove it from the heat.
