Today I have made tasty summer Special tok dal recipe bengali style. It's very easy and simple quick recipe, it's just make dal with raw mango. In summer every bengoli must make it. It's best goes to steam rice in lunch.

Today I have made tasty summer Special tok dal recipe bengali style. It's very easy and simple quick recipe, it's just make dal with raw mango. In summer every bengoli must make it. It's best goes to steam rice in lunch.

Take pressure cooker add masoor dal and wash it nicely then add water, turmeric powder, salt and cook till 2 whistles. Keep aside to release pressure.

Heat mustard oil in a kadai tempering mustard seeds and red chilli and saute few seconds then add raw mango pieces and cook them on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Now add cooked dal and boil it on low flame 4-5 minutes. Once mango pieces are cooked properly then add sugar and cook another 2-3 minutes or till desire consistency then turn off the flame. Dal is ready.
