Grind these ingredients into paste with little water if needed: dhaniya patta, pudina patta, adrak, leshan, hari mirch, tamatar.

Heat ghee, crackle jeera seeds, followed by pyaz. Once pyaz turns translucent, add the ground paste and roast for sometime.

Now mix cooked rice and salt. Sprinkle garam masala and enjoy hot hot green rice with a freshly made cup of raita.
