Ingredients

5-6?
  • 1pineapple cut into bite size pieces
  • Red and green bell pepper
  • Onion, your choice
  • Baby Portobello mushrooms
  • Baby potatoes
  • Cherry or grape tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Lemon pepper seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare your veggies by: cutting and slicing pineapple, onions and peppers

    Washing mushrooms with water and applecider vinegar

  3. 3

    Boiling potatoes halfway through

  4. 4

    Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon pepper and set aside

  5. 5

    Thread your fruit and veggies through the skewers then brush with mixture

  6. 6

    Place on grill while still hot 🔥

    When you consider them done take off grill to rest, I like a little char on mine!🤪 ENJOY 😋❤️🔥
