Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 cupsflour
  • 1 1/2 cupwater or more
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2 cupssugar for syrup (Madi)
  • 1large egg
  • 1/8 cupoil
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour your flour into a bowl, add in your baking powder,oil,and egg.

  2. 2

    Mix and gently add water to form a bread like dough.

  3. 3

    Cover and allow it to sit for about an hour.

  4. 4

    Cut into small pieces and dust it with flour, roll it with rolling pin until you get a very thin sheet.

  5. 5

    Wrap the rolled sheet round and into circle shape or flat

  6. 6

    Pour your oil in a deep pan and fry for about a minute or two,flip to fry both sides and set aside

    For the syrup pour your sugar and water in a pot allow it to cook for some minutes and pour a little amount of lime or lemon juice for thickness and flavor and bring to cool.

  8. 8

    And lastly bring your friend dublan and deep it inside the syrup and bring it out and that's it enjoy
