Kashmiri Fried Potatoes

Peel and slice the potatoes.

Slice the chillies.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in salt and potatoes.

Mix them well.

Cook covered on very low flame for 10-12 minutes.

Take the potatoes out.

Add all the spices in the same oil and fry for few seconds.

Put the potatoes back and mix.

Add in lemon and both the chillies.

Cook covered on very low flame for 5 minutes till potatoes are tender.

Lastly mix in coriander.

Serve straight away.
