Bhindi masala

Take all the needed ingredients.
Wash bhindi and cut into two pieces and slit like 👇them. - 2
Add the given ingredients (which we want to grind)into a mixer jar. Add required water and grind nicely.

In a hot pan,add 3spoon oil and add the slitted bhindi and mix them well.

Cover and cook until it turns brown in colour. Then take them out.

In the same pan add 2spooon oil,add turmeric and chilli powder.give a gentle mix

Now add the grinded paste and saute them until oil separates. Then add sliced tomatoes.

Cover and cook until tomato turns mushy and oil separates. Now add 300ml water and boil it

Once it boils.add the fried bhindi and cover and cook for 10minutes.

Once the gravy thickens,turn off the stove and sprinkle coriander leaves.

That's all. Easy and tasty bhindi masala which is a best combination for chappathi is ready.
