Ingredients

  1. 12 oz.Frozen grilled chicken (about 3 cups)
  2. 1 can (141/2 oz.)diced tomatoes untrained
  3. 1 can (6 oz.)tomato paste
  4. 2 tbsp.Dry red wine or chicken broth
  5. 1 tbsp.Olive oil
  6. 11/2 tsp.Italian seasoning
  7. 1garlic clove. Minced
  8. 1/2 tsp.Sugar
  9. 1/3 cupshredded Parmesan cheese
  10. 1/3 cupshredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  11. Hot cooked rice

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips;cook and stir 5-8 minutes or until heated through. Remove from pan.

    In same skillet, combine tomatoes,tomato paste,wine,oil, Italian seasoning,garlic and sugar.; and bring to a boil,stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat;simmer, uncovered 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to blend,stirring occasionally.

    Stir in chicken. Sprinkle with cheeses;cook,covered 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve with pasta.
