Millet is a very universal ingredient to cook with and varied dishes of course healthy can br cooked. I made Upma and enjoyed with Coconut Chutney for my Sunday Brunch

In a pan add Foxtail millet and roast for 2-3 mins until light golden in colour, set aside
- 2
In another pan add coconut oil, heat and add Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Mustard seeds and Cumin seeds. Stir for 2-3 mins

Add chopped onions and stir for 2-3 mins. Add chopped green chilies and curry leaves.

Add chopped tomatoes and stir for 3-4 mins, add roasted millet and stir for 2-3 mins covered

Add 2 cups hot water and on medium flame mix well and cook covered for 10-12 mins

Add salt and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and stir well. Set aside

Serve with Coconut Chutney and enjoy 😊
