A wonderful Bread Aloo Tikki which serves as a perfect tea snacking.

Assemble ingredients

Mash potato, sprinkle water to bread edges and crush it, gradually it softens.
Add mashed potato + salt + finely chopped green chilli to softened edges and give a good mix. - 3
Pinch medium portion from the mix and give shape of Tikkis.
Heat oil and drop tikkis one after another and shallow fry under medium heat. - 4
Flip and fry the other side too. Fry till golden brown and crisp.

Serve hot hot with tomato ketchup and enjoy the leftover.
