Steps

Boil double quantity of water add salt add jowar atta and mix it with no lumps and cook it till thickens cool it.

Make butter milk with curd, jeera powder,water and salt.

Add butter milk to cooled Ambli mix it well.
- 4
Pour in glass/bowl it's ready to serve.
Note: it is also consumed next day after fermenting.
