First wash and soak the proso millet for 1/2 an hrs. heat oil in a cooker then add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1 broken whole red chilly, few chopped curry leaves let it crackle for few seconds. then add all the chopped begetables. fry for few minutes. then add the red chilly powder, haldi powder, gren chilly, garlic and ginger paste and salt...mix it properly. then add soaked proso millet. mix it well and fry in a slow flame.. till the raw smell of masala goes off.

Now add water as needed. close the lid and wait for 3 whistles. after 3 whistles check it. if it is done then transfer to a serving plate...

Garnish with roasted ground nuts and few chopped dhania leaves,,,now it is ready to serve..for a morning breakfast...
