Steps

Grate or blend tomatoes, red pepper and scotch bonnet

Pour in a pan and cook on medium heat until the excess water is fully absorbed

Add oil and onions and fry (still on medium heat)

Add seasoning and spices

Add water and cover to cook for 3 minutes

Crack and beat eggs and add into pepper mix
- 7
Stir until eggs are fully cooked
