Grease your hand and peel off all the seeds.Grease the pressure cooker with mustard oil.Boil jackfruit pieces with salt(1/2 t.spoon.). Pressure cook on medium to high heat.(3 whistle).Strain. Let it cool.

Heat oil in karahi, add hing,methi dana,saute.Add all the spices and roast on low heat.Now mix jackfruit pieces and cook for about 7-8 min or until golden brown.

Sprinkle besan over it and again fry it on low heat for 4-5 min.

Your delicious jackfruit sabzi is ready to serve.
