Beautifully crafted delicious paneer recipe which works great for any meal of the day, goes well with rice, roti, paratha and super easy to make.
It’s my go-to recipe when guests are at home without prior intimation 😜.

Steps

Heat 2 tsp oil and fry onions, then add the chopped tomatoes, cook until it turns soft, add cashews and switch off the heat. Let this cool down to room temperature, at this stage grind this to a smooth paste.

Add methi seeds and cinnamon sticks to hot oil, after which add the paneer pieces and fry until the raw smell goes. Now add the ground paste, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.

Mix well and add a cup of water. Let the gravy simmer for few minutes. Now add milk with cream and butter.

Just after switching off the flame, sprinkle garam masala and crushed kasoori methi and enjoy.
