I am a health food nut, a nutty professor. Kids have Sweet tooth . White sugar is unhealthy. this recipe has brown raw sugar, a good source of iron. No boonthi here; no deep frying. Both coconut and walnut are healthy ingredients. Omega 6 is a very good lipid. A delicious laddu packed with protein, fiber, minerals, vitamins and Omega 6. . Yummy. keep the laddus in their tiffin box. They will love the laddus and you
