First prepare a dough of two cup wheat flour, one spoon basen, half tsp aijwain, half tsp hing,one spoon oil, one third spoon salt,one third tsp red chilli powder and water as per need.

Prepare semi tight dough. And heat the kadhai with two cup safola oil.

Then take a plate, pour one cup mozerella cheese, maggi masala, one chopped onion, two green chilli and one cup laxmi narayan chivda (fersan).

Mix every thing nicely.keep aside for filling.

Do as given in pic and video.

Then divide the dough in a 12 small pieces.Take and spread and fill two spoon cheese mixture and again make it like a ball and then spread like kachori.

Then frying one by one upto golden brown in colour in medium/sim flame.

Prepare and make all kachori 's like above then packed it in a tiffin box.
