First rinse capsicum,tomato,chilli andginger garlic,onion and chopped it.

Then boil maggi in a seprate dish.Then strain it and rinse with cold water.

Take a chpper, add chopped onion ginger garlic,chilli,tomato and capsicum, chopped it nicely.

Then heat the frying pan with one serving spoon oil then first roast 1oo gm paneer then add mustard seeds and chopped vegetables,salt mix and roast it nicely.

Then add one spoon sejwan chutney and mix again.

Then add maggi masala and mix it well.
Add chilli flakes, roasted peanuts (optional), tomato chilli sauce, coriander and lime juice over it. - 8
Then add boiled maggi. And mix it again very nicely.

Now paneer bhurji masala maggi is ready for serve. 😋 or packing a tiffin box 📦
