3-4semi ripe Raw Mangoes
3/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspBlack Salt
1 tspBlack Pepper powder
8-10Ice-cubes
3-4 cupscold water
6-7 tbspSugar
7-8Mint Leaves

No Cook Recipe

Wash and chop the semi ripe mangoes into small pieces. Do not discard the seed. You can use it in daal and other curries. Add all the ingredients to a blender jar.

Blitz on a high for about 2-3 minutes. Strain and pour in serving glasses.

Top with few more of ice-cubes if desired. Enjoy!
