Preparing milk for curd -
Take a pan add milk 🥛 on high flame, boiling it then on medium flame stirring it continuously and cook it well upto when it becomes half of taking milk 🥛 in starting.
Add sugar or jaggery and cardamom powder to it.
Mix it well. - 2
For making caramel -
Take a pan add sugar and cook it on medium flame 🔥. When sugar melt remove from flame. Cool it well to make Luke warm.

CARAMELIZED MILK. -
Add into the milk 🥛 and mix it well.
FERMENTATION OF CURD -
Take a casserole or bowl 🥣 spread 3 Tbsp of curd in it then add Luke warm caramelized milk 🥛 in it. - 4
Cover with lid and keep it for 9 hours.
Curd is ready after 9 hours. - 5
Enjoy in the evening teafin, lunch or dinner 🍽 as a sweet dish
