Slit the brinjals and keep them in water. Blend the ingredients in the masala filling

Fill the brinjals. In a pan heat oil and saute the brinjals filled for 5 mts until they are soft

For the gravy blend the ingredients except curd, gramflour and water
- 4
Now add the gravy to brinjals. And cook for 2mts. Add curds, gramflour and water and cook covered for 10mts. Sabji is ready. Serve with paratha or steamed rice.
