Mango Pickle

Take raw mangoes cut tips and cut into small pieces add salt and turmeric powder mix well transfer into vessel.

Next day dry them under fan for 3-4 an hours.

For masala -
In a mixi jar take mustard seeds grind in pulses don't make powder transfer to the plate then grind fenugreek seeds mix both well add salt red chilli powder assofodeta mix all well together - 4
Heat up mustard oil then let it be on room temperature. Then add in masala mix add raw mangoes mix all well.

After 3-4 days you should enjoy your pickle.
