Ingredients

20 minutes
2 serves
  • 1tomato
  • 1carrot
  • 1/2beet
  • Tempering : 👇
  • 1/2t.sp butter
  • 1/4t.sp cumin seeds
  • Salt - pepper to taste

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take tomato, beet & carrot, add 1 cup of water & cook in the pressure cooker up to 3 whistles.

    Remove the mixture, when the pressure is released. Blend & strain the mixture.

    Now add the tempering & salt & pepper. Take 2 boils & serve immediately.
