Preheat over and cook sausages according to packet

Peel and chop potatoes and boil in salt water for 15-20 mins or until soft

Peel and cut carrots and boil for 20mins covered (add peas last 6mins)

Drain potatoes then put back on hot stove, add melted butter and mash until smooth and creamy! Add salt and pepper to taste

Cook Yorkshires according to packet
- 6
Dish up, make the gravy and DIG IN 😍👌🏻
