  • 2 cupsBoneless chicken
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tbspCorn flour
  • 2Egg whites
  • 1/2 cupGround walnuts
  • Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with salt & pepper for 1/2 an hour.

    Mix together corn flour and egg whites to make a batter.
