Homemade crisps..
Hygienic,tasty and good time pass munching..
Steps
- 1
Peel,slice and wash the crisps 2-3 times till all starch is washed out.
Keep it in clean water.
Mix salt water and lemon juice in a bowl,kp aside. - 2
Heat the oil.
When oil is very hot,
Add the drained crisps in it.
Add 2 tblsp salt lemon Juice mixture in oil after adding potato crisp.. - 3
Continuous stir the oil.
When the bubble goes and crisps get crunchy,remove from the oil and transfer it on kitchen ppr..
Potato crisps are ready to eat..😋👌
