Ingredients

5-6 persons
  • 1 spoonlong pepper
  • 1 spoonjeera
  • 10 clovesgarlic
  • 1/4 spoonmilk asafoetida
  • Small pcs of ginger
  • 1hand full ponnangane spinach
  • 1/4 spoonturmeric
  • 4ripen country tomatoes
  • 5.Pink salt as per taste
  • 6.100-200 mlSmall amount of tamarind water
  • 7.1/4 spoon sesame oil
  • 8.2red chillies
  • 9. 1/4 spoon mustard
  • 10. Some chopped coriander leaves,&curry leaves

  1. 1

    1. Grind the coarse crushed the mixture of, long pepper, ginger, garlic, spinach, jeera
    2. In a vessel add tamarind water, crushed tomatoes, crushed above masala, salt, turmeric, curry leaves and coriander
    3. Use by hand mix well, check the salt and u can add water as much u want
    4. In a pan 1/4 spoon sesame oil, mustard, 2 red chillies, just fry and pour the water mixture
    5. When the bubble starts to comes
    6. Off the flames
    7 enjoy the rasam(very healthy, u can take as soup as well as)
