Here is a low-fat kebab with spices & protein rich rajma with minimal oil.

Steps

Soak rajma overnight & pressure cook them to 4 whistles. On cooling, remove rajma & mash them. Add the mashed potatoes.

Heat oil in pan & saute onions, ginger & green chillies.

Add mashed rajma & potato mixture.Add all spices & mix well. Add chopped coriander & mix. Remove in a plate & cool slightly.

Add cornflour & mix. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Make each portion into flat oval kebab.

Cook each kebab with very little oil till golden brown on both sides. Remove kebab & serve them with green chutney.
