Butter croissants
Very easy to make and delicious 😋
Steps

First of all in a bowl add flour, sugar,salt, mix it all together with warm milk then add 1 tbsp butter

Now make a smooth dough and cover it for 2 hours

Then after proofing take out the dough make small balls around 9

Then roll all 9 balls into flat roty

Now one by one take one roty spread butter and put roty on top spread butter on all rotys and make layers

Now put that pile into refrigerator for 1 hour

Now after 1 hour take it out from the fridge and make big roty little bit thick and then cut into triangle slices

Now roll like a croissant 🥐

And place in the baking dish for half hour

Now bake in 200°c for 20 minutes in a preheat oven

When it will become Golden brown it's ready
