One pot creamy smokey beef pasta with red Leicester cheese and spinach

Heat oven 200c. Heat saucepan and once hot cook mince and add slice mushrooms.

Drain any excess fat. Add smoked paprika dried Oregano and tomato puree. Add boiling water as per ingredients. Then stir in creme fraiche and beef stock paste

Stir in pasta into sauce. Transfer to oven dish and bake for 25 mins.

Once cooked remove from oven and pop spinach on top. Repop lid on and bake again.

Add cheese and stir to combine
