  • 1/3 tsp●Baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp●Dashi stock granules
  • 1/2 tsp●Cooking sake
  • 1 dash●Salt and pepper
  • 20 ml●Water
  • 1Oil for frying

Steps

    Mix the ● ingredients together to make the batter. Coat the crab sticks evenly with the batter, deep fry in medium temperature oil and it's done.
