Outer flour, in a mixing bowl put the cake flour, salt and sugar, whisk to combine. Add olive oil. Use clean hand to mix well. then add cold water. Knead until the dough does not stick to the bowl, divide into 5 portions and form into round balls. Then cover for 30 minutes. Inner dough, in a mixing bowl, put the cake flour and olive oil. Use clean hand to mix well. Then divide into 5 portions and form into a balls.

After 30 minutes, flatten the outer dough, place the inner dough and wrap it. You will get 5 portions. Cover for 1 hour. After 1 hour, flatten the dough and roll it. Flatten and roll it again. Then cut into 4 portions and roll it as shown. Fry over medium heat until turn to golden brown in color. Bring to rest on the rack.

Put sugar, butter, salt and water into the wok. Stir until the sugar dissolve. Let it boil. Turn off the stove. Then gently rub both sides the syrup on the crispy roti. Sprinkle the almond both sides. Allow them to dry on the rack. Ready to enjoy 😉
