First, boil the sweet potato and potato.now peel and mash it well by hand or masher. After that, heat ghee in a pan, add the mashed sweet potato and potato and fry while stirring.

Once the mixture is roasted properly, it will start to smell. Then add sugar to it and stir well and fry again. When the mixture leaves the pan, add cardamom powder and mix well.
