Add 2 tbsp ghee in pan and add boil sweet potato and saute until soft.then keep a side

Add 2 cup milk in new pan,add 2 tbsp sugar,cardamon powder,and cashew powder.mix it well,let milk boil once

Once milk start to boiling,Add sweet potato pulp in it and mix all together well,let it boil for few seconds

Once kheer start boiling switch off the flame and serve in bowl and garnish with almonds.
