Cauliflower green peas dry curry

Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds and cook until they start to pop.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the ginger and cook for 1 minute more.

Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the cauliflower florets and green peas and stir to coat in the spices.

Season with salt to taste. Cover the skillet and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the peas are cooked through.Serve hot with rice or roti.
