Soya is well known for its beneficial goodness towards health and creating a super recipe from this super food is a wonderful way to enjoy soya chunks.
Steps

Boil soya chunks with little salt, cool it and squeeze water from chunks, squeeze as much as possible.

Assemble other ingredients

Marinade soya chunks with salt + garam masala powder + ginger paste + chat masala + black pepper powder, mix nicely and marinade for around 30 minutes.

In moderately heated pan add 1 tbsp oil, sauté chopped Onion for around 2 minutes then add marinaded soya chunks and sauté for 6-7 minutes under medium heat.

Allow to cool. Meanwhile mash potato.

Add the soya chunks to mashed potatoes, tear bread slices into small small pieces, add red chilli powder + garam masala powder + chat masala + salt and mix gently.

Take medium size mixture and give shape of Tikki / patties.

Spread bread crumbs on a plate, coat the tikkis very nicely from all sides. Shallow / Deep fry till golden brown.

Tikkis are done

Serve with salad and enjoy the goodness of super food.
