You can eat with thepla,paratha,roti, Puri or even with khichadi..

This is instant chhundo.

Steps

Wash and wipe mango thoroughly.peel the skin and grate with big hole grater.

Take a nonstick pan on gas
Add the grated mango along with salt and turmeric powder.
Mix well.
Now add Sugar and stir till sugar dessolve and release water.. - 3
On medium heat stir constantly till it gets one string syrup.
Switch off the gas.
Let it cool down completely.
Now add roasted Cumin powder, nutmeg powder and Kashmiri red chilli powder, mix properly.
Chhundo is ready.
Fill in the bowl.
Later on transfer into clean glass jar.. Enjoy eating every day..👌👍🏻😋 - 4
