Assemble ingredients

Marinade paneer cubes with salt + curd + Kasuri Methi + fresh cream + 1 tbsp Oil + freshly grounded pepper corns and marinade for 20 minutes.

Take 2 medium size onion, 2 green chilli, 10-12 soaked cashews, fry under medium flame till onion turns slight pinkish where both onion and cashew gets soft.
cool it, then transfer into grinder and make a fine paste by adding water as per requirement.
in a pan add 1 tsp oil and fry the marinated paneer cubes to slightly golden yellow and keep aside. - 4
In a pan add add 1.5 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp oil, add 2 bay leaves, 3-4 cardamom, 2 inch cinnamon sticks, saute for 1-2 minutes, add onion paste and saute for 1-2 minutes, then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and stir fry till rawness goes off and oil releases, then add 1/2 cup whisked curd, add salt and stir fry under medium flame, fry nicely to get off the rawness.

Add 1/2 - 1 cup warm water, also add the marinade curd mixture by swirling the mixing bowl with water and give a nice boil, then lower flame and simmer for 2-3 minutes,
Add paneer cubes, add 1/4 tsp sugar and lastly add 1 tsp grounded pepper corns, add required salt and simmer for 1-2 minutes. - 6
Dish is done, lastly sprinkle little pepper powder while garnish.
