My neighbor gave me two giant avocados, so I made this tasty and nutritious avocado milk.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into chunks.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Use half a container of pudding and half of the avocado chunks. Pour in 1 1/4 cups milk (about 300 ml), just enough to cover the avocado pieces.

Add honey to taste, then blend the avocado milk until smooth.

Enjoy the rich, creamy, and fresh avocado milk—it's delicious!

Scoop it up with a spoon for an extra satisfying treat. Pure happiness!

* Fresh avocados have green skin. Let them ripen for a few days until the skin turns black—then they're ready to eat.
