Curdle boiling milk with lemon juice or vinegar.Strain the whey and remove all moisture. Optionally buy store bought fresh soft paneer which I have used here.Add hung curd, fresh cream,softened butter,grated cheese and crumbled paneer to the blender jar.Add black pepper powder,chilli flakes, mixed herbs,minced or paste of fresh garlic.Drizzle olive oil and salt to taste.

Blend to a smooth creamy paste in a mixer grinder or hand held mixer.Pour in a serving bowl and add finely chopped cilantro.Mix until well combined and the mixture has a soft fluffy texture.Refrigerate.

Serve as a dip with crackers or slather it on toasted bread slices along with cucumber or vegetables of choice.

This Homemade Cheese Spread with Mixed Herbs and Garlic tastes best at room temperature. Take it out of refrigerator 15 to 20 minutes before serving and serve with toasts, sandwiches or crackers.
