For the dough : Take all the 3 flours in a bowl, add salt, ghee & oil.Mix, add water slowly & make a soft dough. Cover & rest for 30 minutes.

Stuffing : Take oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. When cumin seeds splutter add onions, garlic & green chillies. Saute till onions turn golden. Add ginger & french beans, carrots & potatoes. Add salt.

Mix very well.Add coriander. Level the stuffing in a plate.Press coriander on top.

How to proceed : Knead the dough & make equal size balls from it. Now take 1 ball, roll with little dry flour, the size of a puri.

Put 2 tb spoon stuffing in the centre of the puri & seal very well as shown below 👇. Remove the extra dough from the top. Roll into thick paratha with the help of little dry flour.

Heat a griddle. Place the paratha on it. Cook on both the sides on slow / medium flame. Than cook with butter on 1 side till golden spots appear on it. Flip the paratha & cook the other side. Put butter on top & cook till butter melts.

Place a cheese slice on the top & let it melt slowly. Remove the paratha in a plate & serve immediately with green chutney & curd dip.
