Take butter in a bowl and whisk it well till it becomes creamy.Now add sugar and beat it well till it becomes fluffy.Now add sooji baking powder and tutti fruti.Make a tight dough of it.Use some milk if required.

Make a square long of this dough.Wrap it in cling film and keep it in fridge for 30 min.After 30 min it will be set properly.Now unwrap from cling film and cut into thick pieces with a sharp knife.Place it on a baking tray and bake at 180degree for 15minutes.

Suji rusks are ready.Serve it with a cup of tea.
