Ingredients

  • 4-5chicken breasts
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspthyme
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 3garlic cloves crushed
  • 3medium tomatoes
  • 1large zucchini
  • 1small onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the sauce ingredients well

  2. 2

    Make cuts on the breasts 1/3 thick

  3. 3

    Cut the tomatoes, zucchinis and onion and lay on the saucepan

  4. 4

    Dip the breasts in the sauce and lay on the veggies, add the remaining sauce on top

  5. 5

    Put in the oven at 220C for 40 minutes.
