Brinjal Masala Yogurt
"Tangy yogurt + crispy brinjal = perfection"

In a plate add chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and oil. Mix this together. Marinate the sliced brinjal with this. Let it sit for 15 min

Now shallow fry this brinjal both side and keep aside.

Now heat small kadai add oil, once hot temper with mustard and cumin seeds. Once tempered add curry leaves, green chilli. Fry for another 15 sec pour this over beaten yogurt.

Now add needed salt to yogurt and mix it. Pour this yogurt over fried brinjal.

Serve this with hot rice. Yummy Tummy...
