Add ash gourd pieces to a blender jar and blitz on a high for 2-3 minutes or until done. This doesn't require water as the vegetable contains a lot of water by itself.

If needed, add half a cup of water. Strain into a serving glass. Stir in salt and roasted cumin along with lemon juice.

Serve it chilled with ice-cubes as required. Healthy and a wholesome glass of fresh juice is all ready. Enjoy!
