Wash the Sangria & Kerr with clean water and soak them all night long with salt, haldi & sabut Kashmiri red chili 🌶
Morning boil till it becomes soft.

Drain it wash it with fresh water ;take in a bowl & add all spices … mix it nicely with ur hands & you can check the spices by tasting as per your taste { keep sometimes after adding spices means marinate }
Now heat oil in the pan put cumin when it crackle add hing now add all the sangri & Kerr with spices
Cook for some time till oil separate
Kerr sangati is ready to serve
You can enjoy with poori Paratha & good for traveling also - 3
