I only had a small amount of shrimp. To make it more filling, I added scrambled eggs. Actually, it worked really well with the sauce, and became our family's regular dish.

Rub salt and sake into the shrimp.

Coat with katakuriko.

Heat a decent amount of oil in a pan, and fry the shrimp. Transfer to a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan. Make fluffy scrambled eggs. Transfer to the same bowl.

Combine the ingredients for the mayonnaise sauce. Mix into the bowl with eggs and shrimp.
