Polish Meat Tostadas

"Recipe for the Christmas Posadas Challenge" - Originally in Tabasco, Mexico, Polish meat is prepared with shredded beef and is ideal for serving at children's parties or any gathering. In my case, I prepared it with ground meat to make it quicker and more practical, but just as tasty.

Steps
- 1
Sauté the onion slices in two tablespoons of oil, and once they start to caramelize, add the meat and season with salt and pepper.
- 2
While the meat is cooking with the onion, blend the tomatoes, ketchup, and chipotle peppers. Try not to add much water to the sauce unless it's very thick.
- 3
Once the meat is cooked, add the chipotle sauce and stir.
- 4
When it starts to boil, add the shredded cabbage and mix well. Let it boil for 2 or 3 minutes and serve.
- 5
Prepare the tostadas or place everything in the center so everyone can make their own delicious tostada with Polish meat by adding cheese and crema.
